We successfully developed our own oil cooler using Plate Fin Tube and commercialized it. With its large heat transfer area and excellent heat exchange ability, it has been reduced in size and weight by 20 to 30% compared to conventional products. All parts are designed to be disassembled and assembled, making cleaning and repairs easy and economical. It is used for cooling injection machines, extruders, presses, ship engines, compressors and hydraulic units, hydraulic operating oil, lubricating oil, cutting oil, and heat exchange oil.

DHR, DHY Series

Daeheung Cooler designed Korea's first air-cooled cooler for hydraulic equipment 30 years ago, and is a product designed and manufactured through extensive experience and sufficient experimentation. By using newly developed slit fins and stronger and thinner heat pipes, we have realized high cooling efficiency, compact product, sturdy and beautiful exterior, and light weight. You can choose from a variety of models and specifications depending on capacity, purpose, and installation location. By adopting a high-performance motor, long life and low noise are achieved. Depending on the voltage used, 110V, 220V, 380V, 440, DC 24V and special voltages can be selected. Products used in heavy equipment and high-pressure plants are manufactured robustly to suit vibration and operating pressure.

HEAT EXCHANGER

It is a heat exchanger that is installed between multi-stage compressors and cools the compressed high-temperature, high-pressure gas with cooling fluid to lower the temperature of the gas and increase volumetric efficiency to facilitate the next compression stroke. It is possible to manufacture most Air & Gas coolers installed in compressors using various self-developed tube types.

Tube bundle type cooler

The heat exchanger body is integrated with the compressor, and is assembled by manufacturing only a fin type tube bundle. It has a relatively simple shape, so manufacturing costs are low and maintenance is easy.

TWIN TYPE OIL COOLER

It is used to lower the temperature of oil whose temperature has risen during operation due to the use of lubricants such as lube oil unit and various compressors using coolant. By using a transfer valve in the middle, two oil coolers can be divided into commercial and emergency use, allowing efficient use by changing the flow of fluid in an emergency.

AIR COOLED TYPE OIL COOLER

It is used in the cement and various plant industries, and uses air as a cooling medium to cool the internal oil through forced ventilation. To reduce space, fins are installed on the outside of the tube to increase the heat transfer area, and a fan is used to force air to pass between the fin tubes. The advantage is that there are few corrosion problems and the processing capacity is large.

CONDENSER

It is possible to manufacture various types of condensers such as GLAND CONDENSER, SO3 DONDENSER, and EJECTOR CONDENSER used in the plant field. BRAZING TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

The high-precision brazing type, which joins dissimilar materials using copper and nickel, can significantly reduce the volume and weight compared to multi-tube heat exchangers, and its simple shape makes it easy to insulate and has excellent cost-saving effects. In particular, it can be used even in extreme operating conditions such as high and low temperatures of 200℃.

PLATE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

The fluid rapidly forms turbulence and vortices inside the heat transfer plate of the plate processed by the press mold, resulting in a high heat conduction effect. It is a type that seals the space between the plates and panes with a gasket, which has the effect of reducing the installation area compared to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and is widely used in industrial fields such as food, electronics, and chemicals.

Fuel Humidifier is a special-purpose heat exchanger used in POSCO Energy's fuel cell power generation system and is a product jointly researched and developed with POSCO Energy.
